LD4 Team Unity is a personal community dedicated to fostering unity, collaboration, and personal growth among its members. We strive to create a supportive environment where individuals can connect, share ideas, and work together towards common goals.

Commit to treating all precinct committeemen in LD4 with respect, ensuring informative communication through reports and newsletters. Recognize and utilize the diverse talents and resources of each committeeman to enhance the Legislative District 4.
Implement comprehensive training programs that equip precinct committeemen with necessary skills, such as precinct mapping, text campaigns, LD4 & MCRC bylaws, Roberts Rules, and public speaking, to enhance electoral success.
Prioritize bringing new business topics back to the agenda, empowering the LD4 body to participate in decision-making processes through discussion and voting on all critical issues.
Operate within the frameworks established by the Arizona GOP (AZGOP) and the Maricopa County Republican Committee (MCRC), maintaining respect for higher authorities.
Foster an environment of encouragement that promotes new ideas and increased participation among precinct committeemen, aiming to collaborate with other legislative districts to achieve a thriving and successful community throughout Maricopa County.

Michael Schafer is a man of faith and service. He strives to walk with Jesus daily, demonstrating integrity, compassion, and humility.
At Trinity Church, Michael serves as a Bible Study Leader, Sunday School Teacher, and a member of the Security, Usher, and Prayer Teams. His faith underpins his commitment to serving others in both his personal and professional life.
Michael’s leadership abilities emerged early in life. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Business Management and Finance.

In the early 1980s, Michael became one of the youngest Rotary Club Presidents in the world. Scottsdale Mayor Drinkwater later awarded him the Keys to the City for his public service contributions.
In 2002 he was awarded the President's Volunteer Service Award from USA Freedom Corps.
In the 2004, Michael was awarded the "Department of State Arizona Golden Rule Citizen" as Secretary of State Jan Brewer recognized him for his work with foster children through Royal Family Kids Camp and Hope and a Future.
Michael Schafer is a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and revitalizing businesses.
In his early 20s, he founded a disk jockey agency with offices nationwide, employing over 40 DJs and generating $1 million annually.
In his 30s, Michael launched Real Link, a real estate appraisal company. Under his leadership, it became the first Fannie Mae-approved appraisal firm to submit electronic reports, processing 5,000 appraisals monthly.
Since 2004, he has served as CEO of Compliance Testing LLC, a leading electronics test lab accredited by the FCC, DHS, and international agencies. Compliance Testing was named one of the Top Ten Telecom Testing Companies by Telecom Business Review in 2023.
Michael’s commitment to his community is unwavering. For over 20 years, he has volunteered as a coach and mentor at foster kids’ camps, helping children build confidence and resilience.
He is the proud father of four adopted children, offering them a loving, stable home. His belief in mentoring extends beyond his family, as he encourages and advises men in his community.
Michael has worked tirelessly to support small businesses and independent contractors.
Collaborating with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) and former AZ Rep Tom Forese, he helped change Arizona laws to favor small businesses and contractors.
Michael is a passionate advocate for making our elections trusted and transparent.
Since 2016, he has worked to expose issues with uncertified voting machines and has become a subject matter expert on Arizona’s ARS 16-442B statute. In 2022, he co-produced “THE TRUTH ABOUT VOTING MACHINES” to educate voters.
His website, 2020isNullified.com, details findings about improperly certified voting machines and their impact on election outcomes.
Rooted in his faith, Michael finds guidance and strength through daily Bible reading and the spiritual disciplines he practices. These habits have molded his leadership style, enabling him to lead with wisdom and grace.

Lisa Farr has been an Arizona resident for 54 years, with 20 of those years in LD4, where she resides with her husband, Scott, and their son, Jake.
Lisa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Marketing and later earned a Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, from Chapman University.
While at ASU, she served as a Communications Teaching Assistant, showcasing her dedication to education.
Lisa retired in 2016 after 12 successful years with Cox Enterprises, where she served as West Divisional Director of Sales & Business Development for Kelley Blue Book and AutoTrader.com, earning the Divisional Leader of the Year award.
Her previous roles include Senior Account Executive for Alliance Consulting, where she collaborated with technology and business leaders, C-level executives, and procurement heads to identify opportunities in E-business, Enterprise Architecture, Information Management, and other key areas. Lisa's career also includes time as an elementary school teacher, reflecting her passion for education and children.
Lisa's political involvement began in 2020 when she observed the impact of government overreach during COVID-19 and its adverse effects on children's education. This motivated her to run for the PVUSD School Board and become active in supporting school board candidates. She currently serves on the Cross-LD School Board Task Force and has been instrumental in recruiting and training PCs in LD4 and beyond.
In 2022, Lisa was recognized as an Outstanding Precinct Committeeman, noted for being one of LD4's top door knockers. She has played a significant role in recruiting numerous PCs, maintaining connections across LDs, and facilitating meetings when the current LD4 board paused activities.
Lisa also collaborates closely with MCRC Leadership and various LD Chairs, leading meetings and training sessions for LD2, LD3, LD4, LD5, and LD8. Her dedication is evident through her extensive volunteer work, including sending over 6,000 text messages to Republicans and Independents in LD4, electioneering, assisting 84 PCs in becoming elected, and taking the lead for ballot curing for LD4 in 2024.
Lisa’s full-time focus on serving LD4 reflects her dedication to building unity and achieving common goals. She is committed to working with all LD4 PCs and serving the will of the LD4 body to unite the group and improve communications, training, recruitment, and results.

Jodi Johnson is a highly regarded real estate agent in Arizona, known for her exceptional contributions to the industry. Her real estate career began with a significant accolade when she was named Rookie Realtor of the Year in 1992 by the Scottsdale Association of Realtors. Jodi's expertise extends beyond real estate; she is also an experienced land developer with a keen eye for identifying potential in the Arizona market.
Jodi, alongside her husband, Tim Johnson, is the Owner and Operator of Imagine That Design LLC, a custom home-building company committed to creating personalized living spaces.
Additionally, the couple brought ProteinHouse to the Phoenix Valley, where their locations have become top performers within the franchise both in the United States and Dubai. These restaurants emphasize healthy living with nutritious meals, and they are planning further expansion.
Jodi's values are deeply rooted in faith, family, and patriotism. She actively participates in grassroots Republican initiatives and has been a precinct committeeman for the McCormick Ranch precinct in LD4 since 2021.
To support voter engagement in the 2024 election, she collaborated with Mike Franklin on a large-scale mass texting campaign that reached voters in 11 Legislative Districts across Maricopa County. They successfully trained over 80 precinct committeemen to send personalized political texts, supporting President Trump, Kari Lake, local mayors, and school board candidates, as well as disseminating a voter guide.
A lifelong Republican whose first vote was cast for Ronald Reagan, Jodi is a committed supporter of Donald J. Trump and an advocate for election integrity. She supports measures such as banning voting machines, one-day voting, paper ballots, hand-counting at the precinct level, and requiring proof of citizenship for voters.

Originally from Southern California, she moved to Scottsdale in early 2020, where she quickly became involved in various election integrity initiatives. Mike Franklin is a devoted father and stepfather of six children, with a family legacy that includes 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He is known for his integrity, fairness, and hard work, qualities that have shaped his life and career.
Mike is a committed conservative who strives to serve his community through active political and civic involvement. He has been a State Delegate, engaging in credentialing and aggregation at important meetings to ensure smooth proceedings. His dedication to supporting campaigns has included:
His data coordination skills have been instrumental in combining campaign databases and training over 150 precinct committeemen (PCs) and volunteers across multiple districts. He has also managed mass texting campaigns to mobilize voters and bolster support for conservative initiatives. Additionally, Michael has actively participated in election operations, working at polling sites for 12 days to uphold election integrity and support the democratic process.
Mike volunteers in church ministries, distributing essential home goods to families in need. He is also involved in a weekly men’s Bible study group that focuses on fostering leadership and mutual accountability rooted in faith.
